Studio and the kanban board

AI Project Studio organizes a project’s work into kanban boards: cards that move through phase columns — to do, planning, implementation, wrap-up — and that agents can run autonomously.

Getting started

1. Open Studio with an active project (if no workspace is open, Studio will ask you to open one from the sidebar).
2. In the Projects tab, create a board with New — from scratch or from a template.
3. Add cards with their title; each card is a unit of work (a feature, a bug, a task).

Running cards with agents

Cards are not just notes: agents can pick them up and work them, creating chats tied to each one. The Sessions tab shows exactly that — your chats organized by phase, so you can see where each card stands.

If an experiment went wrong, “Move all cards back to todo” resets the board’s execution and clears the generated chats.

Organize it your way

• Add, rename, or delete columns to fit the phases to your workflow.
• Every board has an editable name and description; you can keep several boards per project and filter them by name.
• Chats born in Studio are also reachable from the sidebar (the “From Studio” group).
